I really love those tiger feet: Big cat goes wild for fluffy slippers

The visitor at the US zoo swapped her painful flat shows for the fluffy footwear merchandise halfway through her trip before heading to the huge cat section of the park.

Her stripy claws caused quite a stir when a perplexed tiger confused the fake footwear for the real thing and attempted to reach out to its free roaming family member.

The 31 second clip has become a hit on video sharing website YouTube receiving thousands of views online.

The clip has been uploaded with the description: ‘I wore flats and my feet started hurting so I purchased something squishy to help.

A group of friends can be heard laughing at the funny sight as the black striped carnivore attempts to claw its way through the opaque glass, with one bewildered child asking: ‘Mummy, what is it doing?’
