Mummy donation
A British TV company is searching for a terminally ill patient to donate their body to be mummified.
Independent production company Fulcrum TV have placed adverts in order to find a person willing to give their deceased body as part of a documentary on the ancient Egyptian embalming process.
Television station Channel 4 has given the company some funding for the project and the network may air a program if a donor is found.
A spokesperson for the station insisted the person would remain anonymous, in line with company policy.
