What are the Best Icy Based Desserts?

Funny Ice Dessert. Yeah, so if i had a choise, id go for the New York Cheese Cake or even the Turtle Cheese Cake. Its not that i dont like ice, im just not sure i could get through a 10 pound bag of it.
